School council projects for the coming year include:

 

• Feedback on lunchtime clubs

• Gathering information on favourite physical activities

• Decisions on games for the Christmas party

• Planning school activities

 

In the Autumn term, the school council reconvened to decide on the games they wanted to choose for the Christmas party.  Lois Helden our speech therapist joined staff and representative children from each class to decide on their favourite games.  They took this decision back to class and the games were organised, played and enjoyed by all.

 

 

In the Spring term, the school council will be planning a memorial garden to create a quiet space for children, staff and families to remember members of our school community who have died over the years. They will be deciding on a tree to plant and also on plants and other items to add to the space.
